Playform Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Playform, operated by Datankare LLC. By using Playform you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest access is limited and may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use Playform to submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringing content, attempt to break or overload the service, or misuse the AI features. We may screen content and may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, including through our service providers.

AI output

Translations and other AI-generated results may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, safety-critical or other high-stakes purposes.

Availability

Playform is provided “as is” and may change, pause or end. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
